Discussion on Practices of Business Income Data Interface between Hospital HRP and HIS System

目的:对医院资源计划(HRP)与医院信息系统(HIS)系统收入数据业财融合接口平台设计进行实战探讨。方法:从接口平台功能要求、基本数据表格设计、主要业务流程、业务自动稽核的关键环节、会计凭证自动生成等重要内容进行系统分析,提出最优化接口的实现方式。结果:真正满足医院管理需要的HRP与HIS系统收入数据接口实现并非易事,需要系统分析研究。结论:必须真正从业财融合的角度思考HRP与HIS系统的业务收入数据交互平台的功能定位,系统梳理业务流程,弄清楚对账稽核的关键逻辑,才能真正满足医院会计核算、经济管理和绩效分配等管理需要,实现信息系统内部控制,保证HRP的成功实施。

Objective:To discuss the design of the interface platform of income data fusion between Hospital Resource Planning(HRP) and Hospital Information System(HIS). Methods: It put forward the optimization interface realization from the interface platform functional requirements, basic data table design, major business processes, the key link of business automatic audit and accounting certificate automatic generation and other important content to carry on the system analysis. Results: It was not easy to realize the income data interface between HRP and HIS system that really met the needs of hospital management, which needed systematical research. Conclusion: It was necessary to consider about the functional positioning of HRP and HIS business revenue data interactive platform from the perspective of business and financial integration, systematically comb the business process, and clarify the key logic of mutual reconciliation and balance review. In this way, it could really meet the management needs such as hospital accounting, economic management and performance distribution, achieve internal control of information systems, and ensure the successful implementation of HRP.
