摘要
脊柱裂是神经管畸形的表型之一,由遗传与环境等因素共同影响。与脊柱裂发生相关的基因很多,主要基因和动物模型主要集中在信号通路上。本文就脊柱裂的发病机理和关键基因的关系的研究进展进行综述,以期进一步阐明脊柱裂的发病机制。
Spinal bifida is one of the phenotypes of neural tube defects, which are influenced by genetic and environmental factors. There are many genes involved in the occurrence of spinal bifida, and the main genes and animal models are mainly concentrated in the signaling pathway. This article reviews the research progresses on pathogenesis of spinal bifida and relationship between key genes, and further clarifies the pathogenesis of spinal bifida, and achieves more effective prevention and control of neural tube defects.
