韩碧英教授针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛经验

Professor Han Biying’s experience of treating postherpetic neuralgia with acupuncture

带状疱疹后遗神经痛是指带状疱疹的皮疹愈合后仍遗留有神经痛,是临床较难解决的疼痛类疾病之一,治疗异常棘手。韩碧英教授认为带状疱疹后遗神经痛的病位在皮部之孙络及浮络;其病因病机为邪滞孙络浮络,使气血运行不畅而发为疼痛;治疗中运用通络三法,即缪刺法通大络、毛刺法通浮络、针刺夹脊穴通横络相结合的方法,并配合补母泻子法调虚实,标本兼治,临床疗效显著。

Postherpetic neuralgia refers to the pain of the nerve which carries over from herpes zoster rash healing. It is one of the more difficult clinical pain diseases, and the treatment is very difficult as well. Professor Han Biying believes that the location of postherpetic neuralgia are minute collaterals and superficial collaterals in the skin. Its etiology and pathogenesis are evil stagnation of minute collaterals and superficial collaterals, which made qi and blood flow unsmooth and cause pain. Three methods of clearing collaterals have been used in the treatment. Contralateral acupuncture method is to clear large collaterals, Miu acupuncture method is to clear superficial collaterals, and acupuncture Jiaji points is to clear transverse collaterals. The above three methods combines with the method of tonifying mother and eliminating son to adjust the deficiency and excess, which treats both symptoms and root causes. The clinical effect is remarkable.
