摘要
为探究特殊教育教师组织氛围、职场孤独感和离职意向的关系,本研究采用组织氛围量表、职场孤独感量表与离职意向量表对350名特殊教育教师进行问卷调查。结果发现:组织氛围与职场孤独感、离职意向呈负相关,职场孤独感和离职意向呈正相关;组织氛围直接负向预测特殊教育教师离职意向,职场孤独感在特殊教育教师组织氛围与离职意向之间发挥部分中介作用。因此,提升组织健康氛围、降低职场孤独感对有效降低特殊教育教师离职意向具有重要意义。
This study aims to explore the relationship between special education teachers’ organizational climate, workplace loneliness and turnover intentions, by a survey of 350 special education teachers with the Organizational Climate Scale, the Workplace Loneliness Scale, and the Turnover Intention Scale. The results show the following: The special education teachers’ organizational climate was negatively correlated with their workplace loneliness and turnover intentions, and their workplace loneliness was positively correlated with their turnover intentions;their organizational climate could be used to directly and negatively predict their turnover intentions, and their workplace loneliness partially mediated between their organizational climate and their turnover intentions. Therefore, creating a healthier organizational climate and reducing workplace loneliness are significant for the effective decrease of special education teachers’ turnover intentions.
