喷射成形7055铝合金耳片接头的应用验证研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取了某型机典型主承力构件耳片接头,使用喷射成形7055-T7352铝合金锻件的力学性能,采用Patran/Nastran软件进行有限元分析,分别计算了耳片接头在12种常用工况下的应力,并与当前构件使用的高强铝合金7050-T7451预拉伸板的疲劳寿命进行对比与讨论。结果表明:在这12种工况下的耳片接头,喷射成形7055-T7352铝合金锻件的应用效果比高强铝合金7050-T7451预拉伸板的更好。 In this paper, one typical helicopter components-- lug joint has been studied, with the mechanical properties of spray formed 7055 - T7352 aluminum alloy forging, by the Patran/Nastran software, under twelve load cases, the misesstress have been analyzed, and the difference between the forging of 7055 - T7352 and the plate of 7050 - T7451, which was widely used in the helicopter structure, has also been discussed. The results suggested that: under this twelve load cases, the application of the lug joint with spray formed 7055 - T7352 aluminum alloy forging was great better than the plate of 7050-T7451.
