摘要
描述某应急液压系统故障现象,介绍了该型直升机应急液压系统原理,依据原理对故障现象开展了分析,建立了故障树并逐一分析,确定为电磁阀未接通故障。通过建立排故流程,对故障树展开进一步分析,最终确定故障是由电动泵控制开关故障导致的。提出了排故方法,解决了应急液压系统故障。排故过程思路清晰,条理清楚,操作性强,为类似故障排除提供了参考。
By describing the fault phenomena of emergency hydraulic system, the principle of emergency hydraulic system for this type of helicopter was derived. According to the principle of emergency hydraulic system, the fault phenomena were analyzed, and the fault tree was established. After one by one analysis, the failure of the solenoid valve was located. The fault tree was further developed by establishing the fault elimination process. It was finally determined that the fault was caused by the fault of the control switch of the electric pump. The fault elimination method was proposed to solve the fault of the emergency system. The process of troubleshooting was clear, organized and operable, which provided a reference for similar troubleshooting.
