摘要 以成形长4,800mm、直径φ402mm筒形件为例,阐述了CZX800/3CNC数控强力旋压机自主设计开发过程,并基于该设备开展了30CrMnSiA零件旋压工艺研究,获得了整体旋压合格零件,通过了后续批产考核验证,为超长薄壁筒形件成形研制做出了积极的探索与贡献。 Taking a cylindrical part with a total length of 4,800 mm and a diameter of φ402mm as an example,this paper described the independent design and development process of CZX800/ 3CNC numerical control powerful spinning machine, studied the spinning process of 30CrMnSiA parts based on this equipment, obtained the qualified parts of integral spinning, and passed the follow-up batch production assessment and verification, it made positive exploration and contribution to the development of super-long thin-walled cylindrical parts.
