摘要
以楔形导光板的翘曲变形量为指标,通过正交试验的方法获得了注射压缩工艺参数对翘曲变形影响程度由大到小的顺序依次为:压缩延迟时间、熔体温度、模具温度、压缩速度、压缩距离对单个因素及各个因素间的交互作用对导光板翘曲变形的影响规律进行详细的分析。结果表明:模具温度和熔体温度的升高会增大导光板的翘曲量;延长压缩延迟时间可降低翘曲量;增加压缩距离,翘曲量先减小后增大;增加压缩速度,翘曲量先减小后增大再减小。模具温度和压缩延迟、熔体温度和压缩速度对翘曲变形有明显的交互作用,而压缩距离和压缩速度对翘曲变形影响不明显。
Taking the warpage of wedge light guide plate(LGP) as the index, effect degree of injection compression molding process on the warpage value from strong to weak is compression delay time, melt temperature, mold temperature, compression speed and compression distance. The interaction between single factor and multiple factors was analyzed detailedly. The results show that: increasing of mold temperature and melt temperature can increase warpage of LGP, as compression distance increases, warpage decreases first and then increases, as compression speed increases, warpage decrease first then increase and then decrease. Mold temperature and compression delay,melt temperature and compression speed have obvious interaction on warpage, compression distance and compression speed have no obvious effects on warpage of LGP.
