摘要
在特定场域内,各种场域要素相互作用,表现为结构要素决定着关系形态,进而会发育特定文化类型,反之亦然。对于成长在县域内的基层干部来说,县域治理场域内的各种场域要素影响其成长状态,这些要素在促进基层干部成长的同时,也可能在某种情况下对其成长带来风险。基于"结构—关系—文化"分析维度,基层干部健康成长需要良好的县域生态系统,这便需要营造一种相对稳定的场域运行状态,涉及合理的结构要素、和谐的关系要素,优良的文化要素等场域要素。为此,通过优化县域治理结构要素、整合县域内各种利益关系、培育良好县域文化等方面,来塑造良好县域政治生态系统,从而为基层干部提供优良的成长场域。
In a certain field, various elements interact, manifesting that the structural factors determine the forms of relationship, which, in turn develop into a specific type of culture, and vice versa. For officials growing up mostly in the realm of a county, these factors in this field would have a strong bearing on their growth. Based on an analysis of the "structure-relationship-culture" dimension, this paper analyzes various factors in the field of county-level governance that may bring risks or pose challenges for the healthy growth of primary-level officials.As their healthy growth demands a good ecosystem, it is imperative to create a relatively stable operation state in the field, involving reasonable structural elements, harmonious relationship elements, and excellent cultural elements. Accordingly, we should foster a healthy political ecosystem to provide a sound growth habitat for them,through optimizing the structural elements of governance at the county level, integrating various interests in the county, and nurturing a healthy culture.
