股骨髓内钉导针导向器在股骨粗隆间骨折的应用

Application of guide device of intramedullary nail in intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的:对股骨粗隆间骨折进行髓内钉固定时使用髓内钉导针导向器进行导向,进行回顾性研究.方法:对2016年2月-2018年2月收治的96例股骨粗隆间骨折病人进行手术内固定使用髓内钉时(包括PFNA、重建钉,r钉等),40例(观察组)使用本人研制的髓内钉导针导向器进行植入导向,另外56例(对照组)不使用髓内钉导针导向器,进行比较.结果:使用髓内钉导针导向器的病人导针的植入时间明显缩短,并且导针植入的位置准确,基本1次就可以准确植入.结论:髓内钉导针导向器缩短了髓内钉导针的植入时间.

Objective:To perform the guide device of the intramedullary nail for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures for a retro spective study.Methods:96 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with intramedullary nails(including PFNA,re construction nails,r nails,etc.)between February 2016 and February 2018.Forty patients(group B)were implanted with the guide de vice of the intramedullary nail,and another 56 patients(group A)were not treated with the guide device of the intramedullary nail.Re sults:The implantation time of the patients using the guide device of the intramedullary nail was significantly shortened,and the position of the intramedullary nail was accurately implanted,and the intramedullary nail could be accurately implanted substantially.Conclusion:The guide device of intramedullary nail had shortened the implantation time of the patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
