我国烧伤患儿康复护理研究现状的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of status of rehabilitation nursing for burned children in China

目的:了解我国烧伤患儿康复护理研究现状,从而为提高和改善烧伤患儿康复护理水平提供参考。方法:通过检索2007年1月-2017年12月CNKI、CBM、万方数据库发表的与烧伤患儿康复护理有关的文献,应用文献计量学方法对检索结果进行统计分析。结果:共检索出符合标准的文献120篇;文献发表在72种期刊中;文献第一作者单位所在地集中于南方以及经济相对于发达的地区;文献研究类别中,试验研究类56篇,护理体会类41篇;文献研究内容较广泛,其中瘢痕护理、心理护理、功能锻炼是主要的研究方向。结论:我国烧伤患儿康复护理的探索已在全国普遍开展,相关文献数量呈上升趋势,但质量有待提升;加强烧伤康复护理专业人才的培养,鼓励护理人员参与科研,为循证医学提供更多证据。

Objective:To know about the status of rehabilitation nursing for children with bum,to provide reference for improving the level of rehabilitaion nursing for burned children.Methods:Extrat the data from January 2007 to December 2017 in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Periodical Full-text Database and Wanfang Medical Database and the retrieval results were analyzed by bib liometrics method.Results:During the 10 years,the number of the relevant articles per year was on the rise,Regarding the distribution among journals,these 120 articles were published in 72 journals;The regions of affiliation of the first anthor were mainly situated in eco nomically developed area;Regarding the research type,56 articles were dealing with experimental studies,41articles were dealing with nursing experiences;The research content of these articles was mainly focused on cicatricial nursing,psychological nursing,and functional exercise;Conclusion:The research on rehabilitation nursing for children bum patients in China had been carried out nationwide.Al though the number of relevant papers was on the rise,the quality of these papers need to be further improved;strengthen the training of bum rehabilitation nursing professionals and encourage paramedic to participate in scientific research provide more evidence for evidence-based medicine.
