摘要
目的:探讨柔性管理在负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢开放性骨折护理中的应用的分析.方法:选取2017年2月-2018年3月我院收治的四肢的开放性的骨折病人76例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用干预护理.结果:观察组护理质量好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:四肢的开放性骨折的护理过程当中,柔性管理负压的封闭引流技术效果理想,临床中应当加大推广力度.
Objective:To explore the application of flexible management in nursing care of open fracture of extremities treated by negative pressure closed drainage. Methods: 76 patients with open fractures of limbs admitted by our hospital in February, 2017 and march, 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group received routine nursing and the research group received interventional nursing. Results: The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In the nursing process of open fracture of limbs, the closed drainage technique of flexible management of negative pressure is ideal, and should be promoted in clinic.
