高温作业专用服的设计与优化

Design and Optimization of the Special Clothing for High Temperature Operation

摘要 针对高温作业专用服,建立关于热传递的数学模型,研究其设计优化问题.通过对热传递过程及热传递方式进行分析,利用不同材料的参数值,结合热方程式建立数学模型,解决高温作业专用服在不同环境温度及作业时间要求下的设计与优化问题.模拟出了温度在时空分布上的示意图,解出了不同时刻不同位置处材料温度的分布情况. To study the design optimization problem of the special clothing for high temperature operation by heat transfer mathematical model, by analyzing the process and the way of heat transfer,and using the parameter values of different materials,developing mathematical models with heat equation, we solve the design and optimization of the special clothing for high temperature operation under different environment temperature and work times, Simulate the schematic diagram of temperature in different space and time, and work out the distribution of temperature in different place and at different time.
