中西医结合的困境与希望

The predicament and hope of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

本文从中西医结合理论及其指导下的中西药联合应用入手,探讨了中西药结合治疗糖尿病的现状、困境和希望,指出中西药结合治疗糖尿病的优势和方向,并阐明当前糖尿病中西药结合治疗的主要问题是“去中医”化和中药效果不确切,从而明确了中药暂不能替代降糖西药,而中西药联合在较长时期内仍是国内治疗糖尿病的重要手段。

Under the guidance of Chinese and Western Medicine combined application, this paper combines traditional Chinese and Western Medicine theory, discussing the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine treatment of diabetes status, difficulties and hope, pointing out the advantage of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine treatment of diabetes and direction, and expounding the main problems of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine treatment of diabetes. That is "go rid of traditional Chinese medicine" and not exact effect of traditional Chinese medicine, which comes to a conclusion that, traditional Chinese medicine can′t replace western hypoglycemic drugs, and the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine will be the main way to cure diabetes.
