摘要
探讨五行音乐疗法在脑卒中后抑郁中的应用。本文分析了脑卒中与抑郁的关系和其中西医发病机制,并基于中医古籍中关于五音的记载,讨论了五音疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的可行性,并提出辨证施乐的选乐方法,以期为临床脑卒中患者情志疾病的治疗和护理提供新的思路和方法。
To explore five lines of the application of music therapy on depression after cerebral stroke. This paper analyzes the relation between the stroke and depression and the pathogenesis of western medicine, and based on the traditional Chinese medicine about sound is recorded in ancient books, discusses the feasibility of therapy in the treatment of depression after stroke in tone, and proposed the xerox′s syndrome differentiation method, choice for the treatment of diseases in modern clinical stroke patients and nursing provide new ideas and methods.
