摘要
近一段时间,弑亲等亲亲相犯类犯罪频频发生,具有案发时间长、亲属身份、手段隐蔽残忍、动机复杂等反侦查优势。在总结犯罪成因与特点的基础上,通过个案分析犯亲者的犯罪心理、动机与手段,提出该类犯罪的侦查需借助大数据技术和Y-STR检验技术,加强跨地域、跨部门的侦查协作,全面搜集案件信息。
Crimes of killing relatives frequently occur. It has many advantages in anti - investigation, such as long time, relatives' identity, cruel and concealed means, complex motives and so on. On the basis of summarizing the causes and characteristics of crime, this paper proposes that the investigation of such crimes needs to rely on big data technology and Y - STR test technology, strengthen cross 一 regional and inter - departmental investigations cooperation and collect information of case comprehensively by analyzing the criminal psychology, motivation and means of the murder of a specific case.
