According to the teaching needs of engineering management majors in private undergraduate colleges, this paper takes "teaching on demand" as the starting point of curriculum reform, and combines the ideas of flipping classrooms to explore and study the curriculum reform of "Project Management" courses, aiming to improve the quality of teaching and allow students to apply what they have learned.
