我国新型高校智库建设创新和运行机制研究

Research on Innovation and Operating Mechanism of New-type University Think Tank Construction in China

分析我国高校智库在人才、内部机制、综合能力等方面存在的问题,提出建设中国特色的新型智库应以协同创新为机制,充分发挥智库功能。目前我国关于新型高校智库建设协同运行机理的研究较少,因此,基于此协同创新提出新型高校智库运行机制和改革措施,以期对有序推进我国新型高校智库建设有所帮助。

This paper analyses some problems existing in university think tanks, such as lack of talents, mechanism and the comprehensive ability. It is proposed that in order to build a new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, collaborative innovation should be taken as a mechanism in order to give full play to the greater functions of think tanks. Because the research on the cooperative operation mechanism of the new type of think tanks is not common, based on this cooperative innovation, the paper proposes the the innovative operation mechanism and reform measures of think tanks in colleges. We hope to contribute to the orderly development of new type of think tanks in colleges and universities in China.
