护士循证实践能力与护士长证据转化中领导力的相关性研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的以上海市三级甲等医院重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)为载体,了解护士长证据转化中的领导力和护士循证实践能力水平,分析二者之间的关系,以期为临床证据转化提出合理化建议。方法2018年10-11月,便利抽样法选取上海市8所医院的ICU护士251名为研究对象。采用实施领导力量表(implementation leadership scale,ILS)和循证实践知识、态度、行为问卷(evidence-based practice questionnaire,EBPQ)对其进行调查。结果ICU护士长的ILS总分为(2.73±0.81)分,得分最高的是“支持性领导行为”,得分最低的是“主动性领导行为”;护士的EBPQ总分为(4.69±0.82)分,得分最高的是“循证实践态度”,最低的是“循证实践知识”;护士长证据转化中的领导力与护士的循证实践能力呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01);主动性领导行为和持久性领导行为对护士循证实践能力有正向预测作用。结论护士长证据转化中的领导力仍有较大的提升空间,尤其要重视加强护士长主动性领导行为的培训,以促进护士循证实践能力的提高。 Objective To study the leadership in evidence transformation of head nurses and nurses’ evidence-based practice ability in ICU of tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,and to analyze their relationship with a view to providing suggestions for evidence transformation training. Methods From October to November,2018,251 ICU nurses from 8 hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling method. The Implementation Leadership Scale (ILS) and Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire (EBPQ) were used for investigation. Results The total score of ILS of head nurses was 2.73±0.81. The highest score of the items was the supportive leadership behavior and the lowest was the proactive leadership behavior.The total score of nurses’ EBPQ was 4.69±0.82. The highest score of the items was attitude,the lowest was knowledge.There was a moderate positive correlation between head nurses’ leadership in evidence transformation and nurses’ evidence-based practice ability( r =0. 401 , P <0.01). Proactive leadership behavior and perseverant leadership behavior had a positive predictive effect on nurses’ evidence-based practice ability. Conclusions The leadership in evidence transformation of head nurses still has great room for improvement,especially to strengthen the training of proactive leadership behavior,so as to promote nurses’ ability of Evidence-based practice.
