摘要 通过分析煤制氢装置各单元压降的特点,以及中压、低压制氢装置压缩机功耗随装置压降变化的规律,得出减小变换单元压降成为降低煤气化制氢装置总压降的关键,同时分析了变换单元压降变化对压缩机功耗的影响,并提出了压降优化建议。 By analyzing the characteristics of pressure drop at each unit of the Coal-to-Hydrogen Plant and the law that the compressor power consumption of MP and LP Hydrogen Generating Plant changes with the plant pressure drop,this paper draws a conclusion that decreasing pressure drop of the Shift Unit is the key to reducing the overall pressure drop of Hydrogen Generating Plant in coal gasification.It also gives an analysis on the impact of pressure drop change at the Shift Unit on compressor power consumption and offers suggestions to optimize the pressure drop.
