对神宁炉生产过程中煤粉输送系统问题进行分析及研究,从煤质、工艺联锁、设备内件、操作等方面对煤粉输送系统优化措施进行了介绍。经过优化,提高了煤粉系统运行安全性、稳定性。

This paper conducts analysis and research on problems of the coal powder conveying system during operation of Shenning gasifier.It introduces the optimization measures for the coal powder conveying system from the aspects of coal property,process interlock,equipment internals,operation,etc..The optimization improved the safety and stability of the coal powder system.
