同仁县粮改饲试点工作现状及存在的问题

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND EXISTING PROBLEMS OF THE TRIAL WORK OF GRAIN FEEDING REFORM IN TONGREN COUNTY

根据青海省政府"按照以养带种方式推动种植业结构调整,带动青贮用燕麦,玉米,苜蓿和豆类等饲料作物种植",即"粮改饲"项目的实施,截至2018年底,同仁县累计改良草场面积已达1.05×10^4hm^2,种草面积达1×10^4hm^2,占全县天然草场总面积的5.6%,尤其是农区玉米的大面积推广种植使得秸秆产量大幅提高,给农牧民带来了显著的经济效益,牧草和秸秆产业带来的显著经济效益促使农牧民种植牧草和秸秆的积极性空前高涨。

According to the Qinghai Provincial Government,"Promote adjustment of the planting structure in the way of driving planting by breeding, so as to facilitate the planting of forage crops such as oats, corn, alfalfa, and beans." That is, the implementation of the "grain to forage" project, by the end of 2018, the total improved grassland area in Tongren County reached 1.05×10^4hm^2, and the grass planting area reached1×10^4hm^2, accounting for 5.6% of the total natural grassland area of the county. Especially in the agricultural area, the large-scale promotion of corn planting has greatly increased the yield of straw, which has brought significant economic benefits to farmers and herdsmen. The significant economic benefits brought by the pasture and straw industries have spurred the enthusiasm of farmers and herdsmen to plant pasture and straw.
