肃南县草原虫害防控问题分析

ANALYSIS ON PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF GRASSLAND PEST IN SUNAN COUNTY

通过对祁连山黑河流域山水林田湖草生态修复工程肃南县草原虫害防控项目实施过程中,存在的招标文件门槛低、防控区域划分不合理、中标方能力低、防治区域出现漏防、时间接点不合理等问题分析研究,提出了相应的对策。

According to the low threshold of bidding documents in the implementation of grassland pest control project in Sunan County, the ecological restoration project of landscape forest, farmland, lake and grass in the Heihe River basin of Qilian Mountain, the threshold of bidding documents is low, and the division of prevention and control area is unreasonable. The problems such as low ability of winning bid, leakage in prevention area, unreasonable time contact and so on are analyzed and studied, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
