摘要
核心就业能力是个体在就业过程中体现出来的关键能力,这种关键能力使求职者具备个性化和特殊性,能够帮助求职者在众多竞争对手中脱颖而出,有利于求职机会的获得和职业生涯的良性发展。结合时代特点,新时代背景下大学生核心就业能力一般分为:自我认知能力、环境认知能力、创新创业能力和职业生涯管理能力四个部分。
Core employability is the key ability of an individual in the process of employment. This key ability enables job seekers to have their own personality and particularity. It can help job seekers stand out among many competitors, and is conducive to the acquisition of job opportunities and the healthy development of their career. According to the characteristics of the times, the core employability of college students in the new era is generally divided into four parts: self-cognitive ability, environmental cognitive ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and career management ability.
