摘要
全球胜任力是全球化时代青年必备的能力。从“全球”“胜任”“力”三个维度加以判读,有利于明确全球胜任力的全球化时代意涵框架,建构全球胜任力的全球化时代实践模式,创新全球胜任力的全球化时代技能范式。
Global competency is an essential ability for the youth in the age of globalization. The interpretation from the three dimensions of " globalization"," competency" and " strength" will help to clarify the meaning framework of global competency in the globalization era, construct the relative practice mode, and innovate the skills paradigm.
