Interest Integration and Logical Transformation: Governance Effect of Land Property Right System Reform——Based on the Investigation of Z Village in H Province

产权变革与乡村治理具有紧密又复杂的联系,地权变革必然引起乡村治理机制的转型。文章选取H省Z村土地产权制度改革的实践过程作为研究对象,探析地权变革对乡村治理的影响。研究发现,地权变革作用于乡村利益整合机制,引致不同主体行为方式的转变,产生主体间行动落差与多维利益关系结构。社会结构转型重塑了乡村各主体的行为动机,进而对乡村治理体系产生影响。

Since property right reform and rural governance have a close and complex relationship, land right reform will inevitably lead to the transformation of rural governance mechanism. This paper, taking the practice process of land property right system reform in Z village of H province as the research object, analyzes the influence of land right reform on rural governance. It is found that the reform of land ownership plays an important role in the integration mechanism of rural interests, which leads to the change of behavior mode of different subjects, and results in the structure of action difference and multi-dimensional interest relationship between subjects. The transformation of social structure remolds the behavior motivation of each main body in the countryside, and then influences the rural governance system.
