Cross-border Aesthetics and Cultural Reflection of PK Leung’s Poems——Interpretation of Poetry of Vegetable Politics

香港作家也斯的诗集《蔬菜的政治》实现了饮食文化与诗歌叙述的跨界结合。从饮食文化的角度出发,解析也斯如何在艺术技巧和诗歌的内容上呈现诗歌的艺术特征,尤其在内容上,重点解读诗歌中的批判性色彩和哲学式思考,继而从后殖民主义的视域,对诗歌内容进一步剖析,探索东南亚地方的食物文化以及揭示食物烹饪背后隐藏的历史文化。

The Hong Kong writer PK Leung’s poetry of "Vegetable Politics" has realized the cross-border combination of dietary culture and poetic narration. From the perspective of the dietary culture, this paper analyzes how to present the aesthetic features of poetry in the artistic skills and the poetic content. In particular, it focuses on the critical color and philosophical thinking in the poetry. Then, from the postcolonial perspective, it further interprets poetic content, explores food culture in Southeastem Asian and reveals the historical culture behind the food cooking.
