摘要
为了解亚运会前我国马拉松运动员训练量与各项生化指标的变化规律,选取了具有代表性的两名男子运动员的生化指标,结合使用了文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国马拉松运动员在亚运会前的训练及生化指标进行分析。研究结果认为:马拉松作为一项耐力性的运动项目,大负荷高强度的训练,直接反映在运动员的肌酸激酶和睾酮浓度的变化上,以此判断运动员的疲劳程度;马拉松运动员血红蛋白浓度处于理想水平时,利于运动员高质量完成训练。这说明在赛前的六周训练中,对运动员的生化指标进行监控非常有必要,利于运动员科学合理地完成训练。
To understand the changes in the training volume and various biochemical indicators of the marathon runners in China before the Asian Games. this paper, by selecting the representative biochemical indicators of two male athletes. and adopting the literature, interview and logic analysis methods, analyzes the training and biochemical indicators of these two marathon runners before the Asian Games. The results of the study indicate: marathon is an endurance sport and the heavyduty and high-intensity training is directly reflected in the changes in athletes' creatine kinase and testosterone concentrations so as to judge the athlete fatigue level;marathon runners. hemoglobin concentration is at an ideal level, which is conducive to athletes' high quality training. It is necessary to monitor the biochemical indicators of athletes during the six-week training before the competition, which is conducive to the athletes to complete the training scientifically and reasonably.
