精准扶贫视域下高职贫困生精准认定的实践研究

Practical Research on Accurate Identification of Students with Financial Difficulties in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Precision Poverty Alleviation

高职院校是高等教育开展精准扶贫工作的重要载体,高职院校资助育人的精准化开展,是保证对各类家庭经济困难学生实行资助政策的先决条件,是促进社会和谐和教育公平的重要措施。本研究在精准扶贫的视角下,阐述高职贫困生精准扶贫的重要性,客观分析高职院校家庭经济困难学生认定工作的现状和存在的问题。通过搭建学生资助大数据平台、创新认定工作方式、加强队伍建设等手段,文章提出实现精准化认定的实践路径,借以发挥学生资助工作的育人功效。

Higher vocational colleges are important carriers for implementing poverty alleviation accurately in higher education. The precision financial support of higher vocational colleges is a prerequisite for ensuring the implementation of various financial aid policies for students with financial difficulties,and an important measure to promote education fairness and social harmony. The research, from the persective of precision poverty alleviation, expounds the importance of accurate poverty alleviation for the higher vocational students, illustrates the present situation and presents problems of identification system in higher vocational colleges. Through the research methods such as constructing the student financial assistance big data platform, innovation means, strengthen team construction, etc, this paper proposes a practical approach to achieve accurate identification and further exerts the educational effect of student financial aid.
