云南大理地区汉族和白族VDR基因FokⅠ、DdeⅠ位点多态性分布

Polymorphism of VDR gene FokⅠ and DdeⅠ of the Han and Bai in Dali area of Yunnan

目的分析云南大理地区白族和汉族维生素D受体(VDR)基因FokⅠ、DdeⅠ位点多态性分布,并探讨其与其他地区的分布差异。方法应用PCR-RFLP技术,检测云南大理地区81例汉族健康居民和81例白族健康居民的VDR基因FokⅠ、DdeⅠ位点多态性,计算其基因型及基因频率分布并进行探讨。结果汉族VDR基因FokⅠ位点CC、CT、TT基因型的分布频率分别为33.33%、55.56%、11.11%,C、T等位基因频率分别为61.11%和38.89%,VDR基因DdeⅠ位点CC、CG、GG基因型的分布频率分别为67.9%、27.16%和4.94%,C、G等位基因频率分别为81.48%和18.52%;白族VDR基因FokⅠ位点CC、CT、TT基因型的分布频率分别为22.22%、51.85%和25.93%,C、T等位基因频率分别为48.15%和51.85%,VDR基因DdeⅠ位点CC、CG、GG基因型的分布频率分别为75.31%、20.98%和3.7%,C、G等位基因频率分别为85.8%和14.2%。大理地区汉族、白族FokⅠ基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大理地区汉族、白族DdeⅠ基因型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同地区居民VDR基因FokⅠ、DdeⅠ位点多态性分布可能具有自身特点。

Objective To analyze the polymorphism distribution of vitamin D receptor ( VDR) gene FokⅠ and DdeⅠ in Bai and Han residents in Dali,and to discuss the difference of their distribution among different areas. Methods PCR - RFLP technique was used to detect the polymorphism of VDR gene FokⅠ and Dde I among 81 healthy residents of Han and 81 healthy residents of Bai nationality in Dali,Yunnan,China. Results The frequencies of FokⅠ CC,CT and TT in Han nationality were 33. 33%,55. 56% and 11. 11%,respectively,and the alleles frequencies of C and T were 61. 11% and 38. 89%,respectively. The frequencies of DdeⅠ CC,CG and GG in Han nationality were 67. 9%, 27. 16 and 4. 94%,respectively,and the allele frequencies of C and G were 81. 48% and 18. 52%,respectively. The frequencies of FokⅠ CC,CT and TT in Bai nationality were 22. 22%,51. 85% and 25. 93%,respectively,and the al- lele frequencies of C and T were 48. 15% and 51. 85%,respectively. The frequencies of DdeⅠ CC,CG and GG in Bai nationality were 75. 31%,20. 98% and 3. 7%,respectively,and the allele frequencies of C and G were 85. 8% and 14. 2%,respectively. The distributions of FokⅠ genotypes of Han and Bai nationality in Dali area are different. There is no significant difference in the distribution of VDR DdeⅠ genotype between Han and Bai in Dali. Conclusion The dis- tribution of the polymorphism of the VDR gene FokⅠ and DdeⅠ may have its own characteristics in different regions and provinces.
