超声心动图诊断多因素所致左室壁肥厚1例被引量：3

摘要病例女,45岁,因间断胸闷、气短20余天入院。日常活动出现气短症状,休息约10 min后自行缓解,夜间可平卧,偶有憋醒。否认高血压病史。入院查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏60次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压135/75 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),主动脉瓣听诊区可闻及收缩期喷射性杂音,主动脉瓣第二听诊区可闻及舒张期叹气样杂音。心电图:窦性心律,左心室肥大,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR、aVL、aVF、V3-V6导联ST-T改变。经胸超声心动图检査(图1,2):左房、左室内径增大。
