性别对老年食管癌术后患者生存质量的影响

Effect of gender on quality of life of elderly patients with esophageal cancer after surgery

目的 探讨不同性别对老年食管癌患者术后生存质量的影响。方法 自2017年10月至2018年2采用便利取样法选择本校第一附属医院的食管癌患者120例。应用一般情况调查表和癌症患者生存质量量表(QLQ-C30)随访,男64例,女56例,采用t检验分析不同性别对患者生存质量的影响。结果 所有患者总体生存质量得分(66.00±22.99)分,低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别间总体健康水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女患者躯体功能、认知功能分别为(71.86±26.30)分、(78.11±21.76)分,低于男患者,失眠得分(24.01±32.58)分,高于男患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 应关注女性食管癌患者的躯体功能、认知功能和睡眠质量,以提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the effects of different genders on postoperative quality of life of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods General information questionnaire and QLQ-C30 were used to follow up 120 elderly patients with esophageal cancer after surgery,including 64 males and 56 females.The influence of different genders on the quality of life of the patients was analyzed by t test.Results The overall score of quality of life of all the patients was(66.00±22.99),which was lower than the norm(P<0.05);while there was no statistical difference in the overall health level between the male and the female(P>0.05).The scores of physical function,cognitive function,and insomnia were(71.86±26.30),(78.11±21.76),and(24.01±32.58)in the female,which were not as good as those in the male(P<0.05).Conclusion Attention should be paid to the physical function,cognitive function,and sleep quality of female patients with esophageal cancer,so as to improve their quality of life.
