急性脑卒中在急诊救治中急诊分级分区分诊的应用效果

目的 急性脑卒中(AS)在急诊救治中实施急诊分级分区分诊的应用效果。方法 选择2017年1月至2018年10月期间罗定市人民医院急诊科收治的AS患者67例,在急诊救治中采取急诊分级分区分诊模式,作为观察组,并选择同期AS患者67例,未采取急诊分级分区分诊模式,作为对照组,比较两组接诊至确诊时间、救治成功率、患者家属满意率。结果 观察组候诊时间、治疗等候时间及急诊救治时间均显著短于对照组(t=21.0473、10.2135、8.9769,均P<0.05);观察组救治成功率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的85.07%(χ^2=10.8065,P<0.05);观察组患者漏诊率、医疗纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组(χ^2=6.9002、6.9161,均P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为98.51%,显著高于对照组的86.57%(χ^2=6.9161,P=0.0000)。结论 AS在急诊救治中实施急诊分级分区分诊能够显著缩短患者的抢救时间,有效提高患者的救治成功率及患者满意度,降低医疗纠纷发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of grading and triage of acute stroke(AS)in emergency department.Methods Sixty-seven patients with AS admitted to the emergency department of Luoding People's Hospital from January,2017 to October,2018 and taking a emergency grading and triage mode were selected as an observation group,and sixty-seven patients not take the emergency grading and triage mode as a control group.The time from admission to diagnosis,the treatment success rate,and the family members’satisfaction rate were compared between these two groups.Results The waiting time,treatment waiting time,and emergency treatment time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(t=21.047 3,10.213 5,and 8.976 9,all P<0.05).The success rate was 100.00%in the observation group,and was 85.07%in the control group(χ^2=10.806 5,P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and the incidence of medical disputes were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(χ^2=6.900 2 and 6.916 1,both P<0.05).The satisfaction was 98.51%in the observation group,and was 86.57%in the control group(χ^2=6.916 1,P=0.000 0).Conclusion Grading and triage of AS in emergency department can significantly shorten the patients'rescue time,effectively improve the patients'success rate and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
