女性不孕症患者病耻感与社会支持相关性分析

Relationship between stigma and social support in female infertility patients

目的 调查女性不孕症患者病耻感现状,探讨其与社会支持的关系,以期为临床进行针对性心理干预提供参考。方法 2017年8—12月,采用便利抽样的方法选取厦门市某三级甲等医院生殖中心就诊的161例女性不孕症患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、社会影响量表及社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果 女性不孕症患者病耻感总分为(70.01±11.67)分,条目得分为(2.92±0.49)分;4个维度得分由高到低依次为内在羞耻感(2.89±0.50)分、社会隔离(2.88±0.43)分、社会排斥(2.82±0.54)分、经济歧视(2.47±0.49)分。不孕女性患者病耻感与社会支持呈负相关(均P<0.01),多元回归显示社会支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度对病耻感有负向预测作用,共解释了其25.8%的变异量。结论 女性不孕患者存在中等水平的病耻感,其与社会支持呈负相关,可通过改善社会支持来减轻女性不孕症患者病耻感水平。

Objective To investigate the status of stigma in female infertility patients and to explore its relationship with social support,in order to provide some references for clinical targeted psychological intervention.Methods 161 cases of female infertility treated at the reproductive center of some three grade hospital in Xiamen were investigated using general information questionnaire,social impact scale,and social support rating scale.Results The stigma score was(70.01±11.67).The average score of the total items was(2.92±0.49).The scores of internal shame,social isolation,social exclusion,and economic discrimination were(2.89±0.50),(2.88±0.43),(2.82±0.54),and(2.47±0.49).There was a negative relationship between the factors of stigma and social support.Multiple regression analysis showed that social support,subjective support,and social support utilization had a negative predictive effect on the diseased sense of stigma,and a total of 25.8%variations were explained.Conclusion There is a moderate level of stigma in female infertility,which is negatively related to social support.We can reduce the stigma of infertile women by improving social support.
