随着全国各地环保政策的不断加码,建筑混凝土用砂长期供应紧张、价格也持续上涨。机制砂以其价格和材质上的优势,正逐步替代天然河砂成为主要建筑用砂。积极筹建大规模机制砂生产企业,对接好上下游产业,打造一条安全、环保、高效的产业链,对广州市城市建设、粤港澳大湾区建设有着重大意义。本研究以广州市用砂市场供给紧张为背景,从发展机制砂业务的经济效益和社会效益出发,总结发展过程的风险点,并提出防控措施,为广州区域发展机制砂业务提供参考。

With the continuous increase in environmental protection policies across the country, the long-term sup ply of construction concrete sand is tight and prices continue to rise. With its advantages in price and material, man ufactured sand is gradually replacing natural river sand as the main building sand. Actively plan to build a large scale manufactured sand production enterprise, connect the upstream and downstream industries, and build a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient industrial chain,is of great significance to the urban construction of Guangzhou, as well as the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao bay area.Based on the tight supply of the sand market in Guangzhou, the study starts from the economic and social benefits of the development manufac tured sand business, summarizes the risk points of the development process, and proposes prevention and control measures. The study provides reference for the Guangzhou regional development manufactured sand business.
