推动建设学习大国理论与实践问题探析

习近平总书记关于“推动建设学习大国”的论述具有重大创新与指导价值,也提出了一系列需要深入研究的问题。当前在推动建设学习大国中存在着认识不到位、推进机制不健全等突出问题。为此,必须认真学习贯彻落实习近平关于“推动建设学习大国”指示,搞好顶层设计,健全推进机制,并以建设马克思主义学习型政党推动学习大国建设。

General secretary Xi Jinping’sthought of “promoting the building of a great learning country” has great innovation and guiding value, and also puts forward a series of problems that need studying in depth. At present, there are some outstanding problems in promoting the construction of a big learning country, such as inadequate understanding and imperfect promotion mechanism. To implement this idea in practice and construct a great learning power, we must have a thorough study and understanding of the idea, do a good job in top-level design, improve the promotion mechanism, and strive to build a Marxist learning party.
