摘要
以经Ce掺杂后的TiO2-V2O5-WO3催化剂为材料,在新型干法水泥生产线窑尾布袋除尘器后进行了低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝中试试验。结果表明,掺杂Ce降低了TiO2-V2O5-WO3催化剂的起活温度。当烟气流量为10 000m^3/h(空速约5 000h^-1)、氨水流量为5L/h、烟气温度超过150℃时,脱硝效率可达50%以上。SCR脱硝系统中,5 000h^-1空速设计是可行的。Ce适宜作为TiO2-V2O5-WO3催化剂低温改性助剂。
The Ce additive TiO2-V2O5-WO3catalyst was used as the material,and the pilot test was carried out after a bag filter at the cement kiln plant production line on low temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration.The results showed that compared with the traditional TiO2-V2O5-WO3catalyst,Ce additive had obvious modification to the low temperature activity.The denitration efficiency was above 50%,when the gas volume was10 000m3/h(space velocity(SV)of 5 000h-1),ammonia flow rate was 5L/h and gas temperature exceeded 150℃.The results confirmed that SV of 5 000h-1 and Ce additive TiO2-V2O5-WO3catalyst of low temperature modification were feasible in engineering design.
