油基泥浆电成像仪器的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着油气勘探的发展,油基泥浆应用越来越广泛,国外大公司相继研制出油基泥浆电成像仪器,占领了国内外商业市场。为了填补国内装备空白,满足现场勘探需求,对油基泥浆电成像测量方法进行研究,研制出了国产油基泥浆电成像测井装备。在模型井测试中取得了良好的图像效果,与设计图吻合。随后在现场应用成功,测得合格的电成像资料,图像清晰地显示了井壁的裂缝、层理等地质特征,图像效果与国际同类仪器相当。该项技术解决了油基泥浆井况下的电成像测量难题,为我国油气勘探开发做出了积极的贡献。 Oil-base mud drilling is applied to an increasingly wide extent and foreign oilfield services companies have successively developed resistivity borehole imaging equipments for oil-base mud.In order to fill the gap of domestic technology,by applying a series of advanced technologies to imaging measuring pad,measuring circuit and pad backup system and with the help of the measuring principle of capacitance coupling,the first generation of home-made borehole resistivity imaging equipment for non-conductive mud has been developed.The test on model well indicates that this equipment can clearly image in the sandstone,carbonatite and igneous rock formations and that measured images are basically in accordance with design drawing.The subsequent test on an oil-based well at the wellsite,which is designed to compare this equipment with some foreign products,indicates that both have basically equivalent ability to reflect well wall formation characteristics.This technology solves the problem that the clear borehole resistivity image cannot be measured in the oil-base mud well,and has made positive contributions to China′s oil and gas exploration.
