摘要 针对含腐蚀性介质的高产气井异型结构特殊螺纹接头油管在采气条件下的气液两相流冲刷腐蚀问题开展CFD数值模拟研究,采用欧拉多相流模型对油管螺纹连接处气液两相流场进行仿真分析,结合液相和腐蚀性介质CO2的相体积分数分布,根据电化学腐蚀模型计算腐蚀速率,并与文献中现场数据进行对比验证。研究结果表明,仅考虑相分布特性计算的腐蚀速率偏于保守,而在综合分析相分布特性与流动特性的基础上预测得出的冲刷腐蚀位置,获得了现场数据的验证。 In order to solve the problem of gas-liquid two-phase flow-induced-corrosion under the conditions of high productivity gas wells with corrosive medium,CFD numerical simulation was carried out.The Eulerian multiphase flow model was used to simulate the tubing thread connection of two-phase flow.The corrosion rate was calculated according to the electrochemical corrosion rate calculation model as well as considering liquid and corrosive medium of CO2 phase volume fraction distribution,and compared with the results of field data in the literature.The results show that the corrosion rate which only considers the phase distribution calculation is conservative.However,the results obtained from comprehensive analysis of phase distribution and flow characteristics,erosion corrosion on the basis of the predicted position were verified by the field data.
