摘要
过钻杆存储式测井系统为大斜度井、大位移水平井、复杂井的资料录取提供了有力的手段。过钻杆存储式测井吊挂装置中的无线通信系统解决了同类测井系统中遥测短节与井下仪器之间有线通信断开后无法再建立通信的缺陷。在上下吊挂对接状态下,无线通信系统为井下遥测短节和井下仪器提供了信号通路。在测井仪器输送过程中实现仪器监控;在起钻测井以及测井结束后均通过上下吊挂对接建立无线通信,在地面监控井下仪器。通过这些应用,提高了测井时效与测井成功率,降低了施工风险,有利于仪器与放射源安全。
The through-pipe memory logging system is very useful for high-angle deviated wells,extended horizontal wells and complex wells.In this kind of logging system,the logging tools are controlled by the surface system through wires between the upper and lower hanging tools.After the hanging tools separated,communication cannot be established and then the logging tools cannot be controlled by the surface system.A wireless communication system installed in the hanging tools solves this problem.In the condition of docking of the upper and lower hanging tools,the wireless communication gives a data transmission channel between the telemetry tool and the logging tools.Monitoring is realized in the process of tool delivery and wireless communication is established after landing and withdrawing by docking of the upper and lower hanging tools.With these application,the logging efficiency and success rate are improved and the security of tools and radiation sources are ensured.
