摘要
葡萄花油田是大庆油田外围的主力产油区块,受目前低油价的影响,水平井开发已经逐渐成为区域内的主要开发方式,但葡萄花油田低孔低渗特征明显,常对水平井试油工作产生较大影响,通过分析葡萄花油田现阶段试油工艺,提出了试油过程中需要克服的各种问题,同时结合葡萄花油田的地质情况,从水平井试油仪器和工艺出发,研究了区域内试油试采的配套技术,总结了水平井试油的工艺措施,并提出低孔低渗储层联作试油的方法,优化了水平井试油技术,通过实际应用,完成了射孔、测试和抽汲排液的三道工序,单口井平均用时较少,平均时间可达5天,大大缩减了占用井口时间,事实证明,这种单层试油和组合联作的方法可为葡萄花油田的开发提供技术支持。
Putaohua Oilfield is the main oil production block in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield.Under the influence of low oil price at present,horizontal well development has gradually become the main development mode in the region,but the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability in Putaohua Oilfield are obvious.It often has a great influence on the horizontal well testing work.By analyzing the present oil testing technology of Puhua Oilfield,various problems need to be overcome in the oil testing process are put forward.At the same time,combined with the geological conditions of the Putaohua Oilfield,On the basis of horizontal well testing instrument and technology,this paper studies the matching technology of regional oil testing and production test,summarizes the technical measures of horizontal well testing,puts forward the method of combining oil testing with low porosity and low permeability reservoir,and optimizes the horizontal well testing technology.Through practical application,the three processes of perforation,testing and swabbing are completed.The average time of a single well is less and the average time can reach 5 days,which greatly reduces the time taken up at the wellhead,and the facts have proved that the time taken up by the well head has been greatly reduced.This method of single-layer oil test and combined production can provide technical support for the development of Putaohua oil field.
