造纸法再造烟叶工艺流程中中性香味物质的变化 被引量:8

摘要 利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析了造纸法再造烟叶工艺流程中各阶段的中性香味物质种类及含量。结果表明:1)浸提工艺促进酮类、呋喃类等香味物质种类增加,但香味物质总含量明显减少;2)打浆工艺可促进滤渣中部分新香味物质的溶出,但总体香味物质种类及含量进一步减少;3)抄造干燥工艺造成浆料中原有的大量香味物质散失,且减少的多为易挥发物质,应适度控制干燥温度;4)浸提液浓缩过程产生较多的新香味物质,且香味物质总量也有一定增加;5)涂布干燥工艺使得浓缩液中原有的大量香味物质显著减少或完全散失,这与研究采用90℃的干燥温度有一定的关系。 The types and contents of aroma substances generated from various stages of tobacco leaf remanufacturing process by papermaking technology were analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.The results showed that:1)Extracting technology promoted the increase of ketones,furans and other aroma substances,however,the total content of aroma substance was decreased;2)The beating technology promoted the production of new aroma substance,but the total types and contents of aroma substance were further decreased;3)The drying process lead to the loss of a large amount of original aroma substances in the pulp,most of which were volatile substances.So the drying temperature should be moderately controlled;4)In the process of concentration,several new types of aroma substances were produced,and the total contents were also increased;5)The coating and drying technology significantly reduced or completely eliminated a large amount of original aroma substances in the concentrated solution,which may be attributed to application of the 90℃drying temperature in this study.
