基于资源场势的江苏省建设用地空间配置研究

Research of construction land spatial allocation in Jiangsu province based on resource field and potency

将资源场势理论运用到建设用地的空间配置领域,计算了江苏省2001—2010年13个地级市的建设用地资源势、消耗势、资源-消耗势,并进一步分析了其空间分布特征和全省建设用地空间配置的均衡性。结果表明,建设用地资源势趋于集中分布在苏南地区,随着时间推移,出现由正向负转变的特征。消耗势的分布与苏南、苏中、苏北三大区域经济发展格局大致相同,呈现出“南高北低”的态势,但重心有向苏北转移的迹象。江苏省土地资源禀赋与利用在空间分布上呈现出错位现象,资源配置呈空间不均衡性且有上升趋势。其中,以无锡、南通、苏州3市增加最多,分别增加2.00、1.33、1.19。扬州、泰州、南通、淮安、盐城属于典型的配置不均衡(-)型,其他各市则在不均衡(-)型和不均衡(+)型间波动。

The theory of resources field and potency was applied to the allocation of construction lands,to calculate resources potency,consuming potency and resources-consuming potency of 13 cities in Jiangsu province from 2001 to 2010,and to further analyse the characters of spatial distribution and the equilibrium configuration.The results showed that the resources potency tends to be concentrated in south of Jiangsu,and begin to change from positive to negative as time goes on.The distribution of consuming potency is similar to the economic development among southern,middle and northern of Jiangsu province,showing the value of the southern areas is higher than that of the northern areas.However,there are signs to the of gravity centers’shifting to the northern areas.There is misallocation phenomenon between utilization and land resources endowment in spatial distribution.Resource allocation shows spatial imbalance and an upward trend.Among them,Wuxi,Nantong and Suzhou increased the most,with an increase of 2.00,1.33 and 1.19,respectively.Yangzhou,Taizhou,Nantong,Huaian and Yancheng belong to the typical disequilibrium(-)type,and other cities are in fluctuation between disequilibrium(-)and unbalanced(+)type.
