摘要
随着核电事业不断发展,核电厂(NPP)仪控系统不断有设备达到寿期或损坏需要进行替换。针对国内核电厂仪控系统物项替换因缺乏地抗震技术评估方法的规范而无法执行的情况,对美国EPRI相关导则、标准进行研究。利用单自由度有阻尼自由振动系统模型,得到结构动态特性的主要影响因素,并对地震不敏感物项及地震坚固物项提出动态相似的证明方法。结合核电厂仪控系统物项替换的实际应用,提出适合国内核电行业应用的物项替换抗震技术评估方法,对国内核电行业核安全级物项抗震技术评估具有很好的借鉴意义。
With the continuous development of the nuclear power industry,the I&C systems in nuclear power plant(NPP)continuously having equipment to reach their life span or damage need to be replaced.Focus on the lack of anti-seismic technical evaluation method of item replacement for NPP in China,the relevant EPRI guidelines and standards in the United States are researched.By using single degree of freedom damping free vibration system model,the main influencing factors on structural dynamic characteristics are obtained;and a clear proof of dynamic similarity for earthquake-insensitive items and seismic ruggedness items is given.Combining with actual application of item replacement for NPP I&C system,an appropriate anti-seismic technical evaluation method for domestic nuclear power industry is proposed,it has a good reference for the anti-seismic technology evaluation of nuclear safety items in domestic nuclear power industry.
