摘要 随着数字化技术在核电领域的普及,针对棒控电源柜的功能和结构特点,提出了数字化棒控电源柜的可靠性设计与分析方法。结合可靠性设计理念,提出了数字化电源柜的可靠性设计原则。根据棒控棒位系统对电源柜的功能需求,首次提出将电源柜可靠性划分为完全功能可靠性和后备功能可靠性两类,并分别建立可靠性模型。分析核电厂实际运行情况与元器件老化机理,加入利用率系数,对电源柜可靠性模型进行了修正。通过计算对比,证明了修正后的可靠性模型更符合实际运行规律,验证了电源柜可靠性分类的有效性。该研究为棒控电源柜的研发设计以及现场运行维护提供了理论基础,也为数字化仪控设备(特别是核电厂专用仪控设备)的可靠性分析提供了新思路。 With the popularity of digital technology in the field of nuclear power,the reliability design and analysis method of digitalized power cabinet of rod control system is proposed in accordance with the function and structural characteristics of the power cabinet.Combined with the reliability design concept,the reliability design principle of the digitalized power cabinet is put forward.According to the functional requirements,the reliability of the power cabinet is divided into two types:reliability of full functions and reliability of backup functions,and the reliability model is established respectively.Through analyzing the actual operation of the nuclear power plant and the aging mechanism of the components,the reliability model is modified by adding utilization factor.Calculation comparison proves that the modified reliability model is more in line with the actual operation regular pattern;and verifies the effectiveness of the reliability classification of the power cabinet.The research provides theoretical basis for the design,operation and maintenance of power cabinet,and also provides a new idea for the reliability analysis of digitalized instrument control equipment,especially for special instrument control equipment of nuclear power plants.
