摘要
主泵是主冷却剂系统主要的设备之一,是核安全1级设备。为了从根本上解决目前主泵定期维修不足和维修过剩的问题,开展了主泵故障诊断系统研究。针对核电厂现有的人机界面设计大量采用灰阶色调和突兀的蓝色渐变等问题,结合人因工程原则,基于呈现基础(WPF)设计了主泵故障诊断系统的人机界面。人机界面按照不同的功能和图形设计准则,可以分为菜单栏、参数监测区、主视图区、特性参数区、诊断结果区、决策支持区这6个功能区域。通过测试表明,界面能够对主泵的运行状态进行实时的监测和显示,并且在故障发生后按照电子化的运行规程指导操纵员进行事故处理,极大程度地提高了主泵运行和监测的效率,减少了操纵员由于精神压力导致误操作的概率。
The reactor coolant pump is one of the most important equipment of the main coolant system and is the nuclear safety class I equipment.In order to fundamentally solve the current problem of less maintenance and over maintenance of the reactor coolant pump,the fault diagnosis system of reactor coolant pump has been developed.As a large number of grayscale tones and abrupt blue gradients are used in the existing man-machine interface of nuclear power plants,combining with the principle of human factors engineering,the man-machine interface of the reactor coolant pump fault diagnosis system is designed based on Windows presentation foundation(WPF).According to different functions and graphic design criteria,the man-machine interface can be divided into six areas:menu bar,parameter monitoring area,main view area,characteristic parameter area,diagnosis result area,and decision support area.The test shows that the interface can monitor and display the conditions of the reactor coolant pump in real time,and after the fault occurs,the operators can be guided by the electronic operating procedures for accident handling,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the operation and monitoring of the reactor coolant pump,and reduce the probability of mis-operation of operators due to mental stress.
