螺旋槽型干气密封系统轴向工作模态研究

摘要 干气密封系统的轴向动态特性会影响密封气膜的密封特性,从而影响机械密封的稳定性和可靠性,采用高灵敏加速度传感器和数据采集装置,设计螺旋槽型干气密封装置轴向振动测试试验,采用半互功率谱密度函数实现对干气密封装置的工作状态模态分析,分别利用平均相位偏差、模态相位线性度、模态复杂性和模态指示函数4个数学指标对模态参数辨识结果进行验证,结果表明:半互功率谱密度函数的模态分析验证结果较好,适用于干气密封组合型装置的环境激励工作状态模态分析。 In order to obtain the axial operational modals of the dry gas seal system to prevent the seal instability,the accelerometers and the data collector were combined to measure the axial vibration response of the spiral groove dry gas seal.With the excitation point and response points selected,the axial operational modal analysis of the dry gas seal system was accomplished through the cross half power spectra density(PSD)function based on the polyreference least-squares complex frequency domain method.The modal parameter identification results were verified by four mathematical indicators:mode phase deviation(MPD),mode phase collineation(MPC),mode complexity(MOV)and mode indication function(MIF).The modal verification results show that the cross half PSD function facilitates modal analysis is better,and it is suitable for axial operational modal analysis of complex structural systems under the environment-enhancement.
