摘要
综合社会学习理论和最佳区分性理论两种视角,引入团队成员交换为中介变量,检验谦逊领导对个人—团队匹配的作用机制。基于对52个项目团队277名成员的问卷调查,研究发现:谦逊领导对员工团队成员交换有着积极影响,团队成员交换对个人—团队匹配(一致性匹配、互补性匹配)有着积极影响;团队成员交换在谦逊领导与个人—团队匹配(一致性匹配、互补性匹配)之间起中介作用。研究结果丰富了谦逊领导、团队成员交换、个人—团队匹配领域的研究,并对组织管理实践有一定启示作用。
Based on the social learning theory and the optimal distinctiveness theory,it examined the mediating role of team member exchange on the relationship between humble leadership and person-team fit It used the data collected from 277 team members to test the model.According to the empirical results,several findings are as follows:humble leadership has a significantly positive effect on team member exchange;team member exchange has significantly positive effects on supplementary fit and complementary fit respectively;team member exchange mediates the relationship between humble leadership and person-team fit.It enriches the literatures of humble leadership,team member exchange and person-team fit.Besides,the findings have practical significance for business managers.
