降压护理管理对血液透析患者血压水平及生存质量的影响

Effects of antihypertensive nursing management on blood pressure level and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis

目的探讨降压护理管理对血液透析患者血压水平及生存质量的影响。方法选择2016年9月~2018年2月接收的血液透析≥3个月,合并高血压患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实行降压护理管理。护理干预6个月后,对比两组血压达标率、SF-36生存质量评分。结果观察组血压达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降压护理管理能够有效降低患者血压水平,提高患者生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the effects of antihypertensive nursing management on blood pressure level and quality of life in patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:92 hypertension patients undergoing hemodialysis not less than 3 months who were admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given antihypertensive nursing management.After 6 months of nursing intervention,the compliance rate of blood pressure and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antihypertensive nursing management can effectively reduce blood pressure levels of patients,and improve quality of life.
