右美托咪定用于腹腔镜全子宫切除手术中的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析右美托咪定(DEX)用于腹腔镜全子宫切除手术中的临床效果。方法选择2017年10月~2018年9月于我院行腹腔镜全子宫切除手术的96例患者,应用随机数表法分为两组,均48例。观察组泵注DEX麻醉,对照组输注等容量0.9%氯化钠。观察两组各时点血流动力学[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]、不良反应。结果麻醉前两组HR、MAP水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);拔管时两组HR、MAP水平高于麻醉前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DEX用于腹腔镜全子宫切除手术中可稳定患者血流动力学,是一种较为有效、安全的麻醉药物。
